Phil Jones has had a love of penguins since a trip to London zoo as a child and the inspiration for Little Blue came from a character on a penguin mug !

We recognised the Little Blue/Big Blue thing fairly early on (when it was brought to our attention) and we're not unhappy that there is a tongue in cheek aspect to our name……………

Good and crucial question. We have been in business as a company since 1997 with a number of successful missions and happy customers behind us. In our experience, a brief initial conversation with a prospective customer is enough to confirm our basic integrity and our determined can do/will do attitude and ability… The case studies we publish cover the most indicative engagements and client references are available, in addition individual references are available for Little Blue people.

The key to the success of Little Blue has been the no holds barred/tell it like it is approach with customers. The flip side of dealing with this totally pragmatic and objective oriented approach is the knowledge that dearly held beliefs and traditions are not totally held sacrosanct by us and may be questioned/challenged if the logic stacks up that way. If you would rather not be challenged on the way you do things, we suggest Little Blue may not be for you

If the advice that you are currently given leads to the successful implementation of projects, on time, within budget and fully meeting customer needs then your experts are doing their job. But what if you could deliver projects ahead of time, below budget and exceeding customer expectations ? What if there's a better way of skinning the cat ? An initial conversation with Little Blue will cost you nothing and it could well change your perspective on business problems….. and your experts....
